Please note that this inverter does not include a data logger, CT, meter or export power manager. The meter "SOL-METER-3PH-CT3" is needed for export power control of one inverter, for more than one inverter use the EPM3-5G-PLUS. This is the largest S5 GC on the three-tracker layout. It shares its 37 kg case with the 25 kW. Typical sites are farm sheds, warehouses and school roofs up to about 45 kW of panels.
Three trackers, two strings each
Each MPPT accepts 32 A and 50 A short-circuit, split across two string inputs. Tracking runs from 200 V to 1,000 V with start-up at 180 V, and the DC input must stay under 1,100 V. Three roof faces or three rows of a ground array can each have a tracker. Ninety 500 W panels in six strings of fifteen make 45 kW, subject to a cold-weather voltage check.
