The battery side
It takes lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries between 42 V and 58 V and 50–2,000 Ah, and talks to the BMS over CAN. Charge and discharge are both limited to 3 kW, or 62.5 A. Solis's manual for this model lists Dyness PowerDepot, Powerbox and B4850 among its selectable batteries, alongside Pylontech, BYD and others.
When the grid goes down
The backup output switches over in less than 20 ms and supplies 3 kW continuously, with 4.5 kVA for up to 10 seconds to start motors. Wire only the essential circuits to it.
