Solar, storage and backup at 3.6 kW
The RHI-3.6K-48ES-5G (Solis S5-EH1P3.6K-L) delivers the full single-phase G98 allowance from solar and a low-voltage battery. It is sold here in packs of 3, 5 or 10, with no single-unit option.
PV and battery inputs
Two MPPTs take one string each at 15 A (22.5 A short-circuit), tracking from 90 V to 520 V with a 120 V start and 600 V maximum. Solis recommends up to 5.7 kW of panels. The battery port accepts 42–58 V lithium-ion or lead-acid, charging and discharging at up to 3 kW (62.5 A), with CAN communication to the BMS.
Backup circuit
On a grid failure the backup port takes over in under 20 ms, at 3 kW continuous and 4.5 kVA for 10 seconds. That covers lighting, the router and the fridge, not the whole house.
