This is the Mini for a typical family home. A 3 kW rating with room for 4.5 kW of panels lets the array run 50% above the inverter, which helps on dull days.
Laying out the panels
You get two string connections on one tracker, 19 A in and 30 A short-circuit. Tracking runs from 80 V to 500 V, start-up is at 90 V and the input tops out at 600 V. Ten 450 W panels make 4.5 kW, as two strings of five or one string of ten, if the string voltage stays inside the window.

Do you need permission?
At 13 A rated output on 230 V, the 3 kW Mini is inside the 3.68 kW single-phase G98 limit. Its own G100 certificate, issued for SOL-3.0-MINI-S6-DC, sits in the Documents tab.
