Solis 5G Pro 100kW 3PH Inverter
Notes:
100 kW, eight trackers
A 100 kW string inverter for large commercial roofs and solar farms. Eight independent trackers make it tolerant of mixed orientations and bifacial modules.
Designing for 150 kW
Each of the eight MPPTs takes two strings. The inputs alternate between 32 A and 36 A per tracker, and the supplier says some stock has 40 A. Each tracker is rated for 50 A short-circuit. The window is 160–1,000 V, start-up is 180 V and the input limit is 1,100 V. At 150% DC/AC the unit supports around 150 kW of PV.

Connecting 100 kW
Rated output current is 144.3 A per phase at 400 V, with a maximum of 167.1 A. The DNO application goes in under G99. The 5G Pro 80–110 kW G99 Type A certificate and G100 forms are in the Documents tab.
